Break these and you can lose your business. Not a warning, not a slap on the wrist. Your account.
- Always identify yourself as an “Independent Partner”. On your profiles, on your posts, anywhere you talk about the business.
- Never put “Zinzino” or a product name in a domain, email address, social handle, or group chat name.
- Never sell on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon or any other marketplace.
- Use official product photos and official product wording only.
- Never promise income, and never present an example figure as something typical.
- If you want your own website or a paid ad campaign, it needs written approval from Zinzino compliance first.
Marketplace selling is zero tolerance. Zinzino can impose a contractual penalty for each violation and suspend the account immediately. Nothing you would earn on Shopee is worth that.
When you’re unsure, ask before you post. Every leader on this team would rather answer a question than clean up a violation.
