Can I return products / get a refund? (14-day right)

Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, you may rescind within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason needed. Products must be unused and unopened, you pay return shipping, and you get a full refund within 14 days of them receiving the return. Notify Customer Service within 10 days. It doesn't apply once a product is used or an oil bottle is opened.
