You are an Independent Partner
You are self-employed. You are not a Zinzino employee and not an agent or representative of the company. You run your own business, and you carry the responsibility for how you represent it.
That word matters more than it looks. It has to appear on your profiles and anywhere you talk about the business publicly.
The company
- Zinzino is a listed company, selling in over 100 countries.
- The model is test-based nutrition: you test, you follow a program, you re-test and see what changed.
- The business is built on customers, not on recruiting alone.
In Malaysia
- Zinzino Malaysia holds the direct selling licence (AJL). You operate under it. You cannot and do not need your own.
- Customers have a 10-working-day cooling-off period. They can cancel, and you honour it without argument.
- You are bound by the Partner Contract and the Integrity Policy you agreed to when you registered.
Read the Partner Contract once, properly. Most partners never do, and it’s the document that decides what happens when something goes wrong.
