What’s realistic
The honest version. Read it before you tell anyone else.
Nobody on this team is going to promise you a number. Anyone who does is either new, or lying to you.
What we can tell you is what the work looks like.
- The first weeks are slow. You are learning a skill, and skills are ugly at the start.
- Most people say no. That’s the job, not a sign you picked wrong.
- The ones who make it are the ones still going after the first stretch of nothing.
- Your results depend on your own effort, your skill, and how many customers you actually serve.
Here’s the part that surprises people. Being upfront about this makes recruiting better, not worse. The person who joins after hearing the honest version is the person who is still here in month six.
There are no guaranteed earnings in this business. Any figures you see in official Zinzino material are examples of what is possible when every step is completed. They are not typical and not a guarantee — most partners earn less. Use the official Zinzino income disclosure when income comes up, and never quote a number of your own.
So ask yourself now, while it’s cheap to answer: if this took a full year to build, would you still start?
